The Night Before Christmas — A Visit to Systemscope

  • ‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the city
  • Not a public servant was stirring, not even a Committee.
  • The RFPs were submitted to Procurement with care,
  • In hopes that contracts soon would be there.
  • The consultants were nestled all snug in their desks,
  • While Gantt charts a-many directed their tasks.

  • And Denis with his coffee, and Steve in his suit,
  • Had just settled in to discuss a prospective recruit,
  • When out in the lobby there arose such a clatter,
  • Denis sprang from his desk to see what was the matter!
  • Away to reception he flew like a flash,
  • Skidded across the floor and ran with a dash.
  • Huffing and puffing sounded from below,
  • And all that Denis could see was a festive chapeau.
  • When, what to all wondering eyes did appear,
  • Up came Sandy with special holiday cheer.
  • Christmas hampers were packed and ready to go,
  • Waiting to be delivered in the snow
  • “Now, Kellen! now, Linda! now Jason and Christina!
  • On, Josh! on, Lisa! on, Kathy and Karina!
  • To the top of the stairs! To the back of the office!
  • Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!”
