Denis Barbeau is a Systemscope Partner with more than 10 years of experience providing consulting services for e-Government, Web and related information management projects. Denis is a bilingual engineer with project management specializations that range from advanced Web design to IM/IT policy development. Denis' experience and specializations include service improvement, business transformation, business and information architecture, organizational planning and resourcing, workforce sourcing strategies, risk management, client consultation and senior management debriefing.

Denis' broad experience in the federal and private sector, coupled with excellent communication skills, allows him to share best practices between organizations, and propose re-usable and achievable solutions for the benefit of his clients.
