Elena Mantagaris is a Senior Advisor with the Gateways and Clusters Directorate who has been working on advancing the GoC horizontal service agenda for the last five years. Most recently, she led the development of the Roadmap to a Coherent GoC Internet Presence. This Roadmap provides the backbone for the future vision of multi-channel federal government service delivery. It is a comprehensive strategy for rationalizing and transforming information and transactional services for on-line delivery.
Prior to this, Elena worked as an analyst with Canadian Heritage, where she helped establish the International Network of Ministers of Culture, aimed at facilitating discussions and agreements regarding cultural trade. Her previous work with the Charles R. Bronfman Foundation focused on enhancing the understanding and knowledge of Canada's people, culture, and history amongst youth through the development of such products as the Heritage Minutes.
