ROADMAP TO A COHERENT GoC INTERNET PRESENCE:
Building on what we've learned from Government On-Line to continue to enrich the client experience

Who Should Attend:
CIOs, DGs, Directors, IM Managers, Service Delivery Managers and more

With Government On-Line (GOL) funding sunsetting March 2006, GoC departments have a wealth of knowledge, experience, and best practices to draw upon to evolve the principles of horizontality, client-centricity, and coherence in service delivery over the Internet channel, within a multi-channel context.  The Roadmap, developed through the Gateway and Cluster Directorate and endorsed by the GoC's Service Management Board (SMB), is a means for departments to choose one or more paths toward providing their clients with a more seamless client experience when interacting with the GoC. The Roadmap, coupled with an associated Action Plan, provides a step-by-step guide for departments to move their online service delivery maturity to a level that is whole of government, while continuing to fulfill departmental policy outcomes.Join Elena and Stephen for this presentation of the Roadmap and supporting reference material, including:

  • Proposed future state concept for the coherent GoC Internet presence
