Guylaine is the project manager of BizPaL, a multi-jurisdictional on-line service delivery project under Industry Canada's Government On-line initiative. In her 15-year career with the federal government, Guylaine has worked for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) and Industry Canada, playing a key role in service delivery initiatives such as partnership development for the use of the Business Number (with CRA) and the development of a GOL funding strategy for Service Transformation initiatives (with TBS).
