Service Canada
Michele Goshulak is the Director General, Business Integration Branch at Service Canada, responsible for the online service channel and website redesign. Prior to this assignment, she managed the Communications Branch at Service Canada to its public launch in September 2005.
Michele has acquired over 20 years of federal government experience in a variety of senior positions in National Headquarters and in the regions. Prior to Service Canada, Michele was the Director of Foreign Investment Communications and Marketing at the Department of International Trade.
She spent a number of years in a variety of assignments at Industry Canada, where she started her public service career in 1985 at two regional offices. Michele managed a number of programs to support the start up and growth of Canadian businesses. While at Industry Canada, Michele directed a team to build the integrated Canada Business website, in partnership with federal and provincial governments.
Ms. Goshulak holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba, and is the proud mother of two children, Jordan and Kirstin.
