Systemscope wins major Government of Canada Service Transformation Project

Systemscope is pleased to announce that it has won a contract worth over $1M with Service Canada to undertake the Roadmap to a Coherent Internet Presence initiative, whose goal is to improve the experience of clients who interact with the GoC via the Internet, or e-Channel. Starting with six (6) GoC departments, Systemscope will explore opportunities for horizontal, client-centric service delivery in accordance with the Roadmap it developed in partnership with the GoC Gateways and Clusters. As Service Canada integrates the e-Channel with other channels (e.g. In Person, Phone), the outcomes of this initiative will have a positive impact on GoC service delivery across all channels.
