Denis Barbeau is a Systemscope Partner with over 20 years of experience helping public sector clients to successfully address significant organizational and business challenges. Denis’ experience and specializations include business planning and transformation, change management, organizational redesign, governance and integrated process management. Denis’ broad experience in the public and private sectors, coupled with excellent communication skills, allows him to leverage best practices for a wide variety of organizations and propose achievable solutions for the benefit of his clients. In 2008, Denis was named one of the National Capital Region’s Forty under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal.
Stephen Karam is a Systemscope Partner with over 20 years of experience providing thought leadership and strategic consulting services in the areas of government business and service transformation, omni-channel service delivery and digital government projects. He has personally worked with over 30 different GC departments and agencies on high-profile initiatives, where he has played a key role in ensuring the delivery of intended outcomes. Stephen works primarily within the executive ranks of government on enterprise-wide change initiatives, and brings in-depth experience in federal/provincial/territorial (FPT) relations for service transformation. Systemscope's clients know that they can count on Stephen to provide them with sound guidance that is both innovative and pragmatic.
Kellen Greenberg is a dynamic consultant, who excels at analyzing how people, information and technology work together. As a Director at Systemscope, Kellen is focused on helping the Government of Canada improve its delivery of services to Canadians. His strength is bringing clarity to complex situations, and Kellen achieves this through his skills in facilitation, change management, process design and creative problem solving.
Linda Lee is the Manager of Information Management and has over 15 years of consulting experience in the information management realm. As a trained librarian, Linda has been providing IM support exclusively to Government of Canada clients in the areas of information management, information architecture, IM strategic planning and information governance. She brings to her clients a unique yet broad scope of IM expertise.
With over 10 years of experience, Jenny Taylor oversees and manages the operational, financial and administrative functions of the company as it continues to grow, including: AP/AR, payroll, benefit program management, human resources and facilities management. As the firm’s Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO), she is responsible for maintaining the company’s Government of Canada security clearance designation at the facilities and personnel levels. Jenny also plays a key role in the firm’s business development process, working with the management team to track opportunities and manage the bid responses to a success rate of 90+%.
