Stephen’s depth of knowledge, ability to make strategic connections and imagine future possibilities makes him a trusted advisor to senior officials in the public and private sectors. Undeniably, a tour de force, Stephen spearheads the continued growth of Systemscope with the executive team.

Vice-President, Government Services

Quick-witted, endlessly curious, and enthusiastic. Kellen has over 15 years of experience helping the government improve how it delivers services to Canadians. Kellen excels in bringing clarity to complex situations and enabling Government organizations to work well together, internally and externally. Human centred design-thinking approaches are at the centre of all his work. Kellen leads Systemscope’s business development activities, provides strategic vision, and empowers consultants to excel. On weekends, Kellen communes with nature, explores with his family, and enjoys good coffee.

Vice-President, Consulting Services and Chief Inclusivity Officer 

Caring, humble, and outcome-focused. Linda’s extensive range of Information Management knowledge and insight has been highly valued by Government of Canada clients over the past 20 years. A virtual rolodex herself, Linda can retain the details of each project, consultant and service-delivery need across the company. Paired with her keen focus on accomplishing goals, Linda supports the ongoing growth and development of a diverse and high-performing consulting team. A metaphorical symphony at work, which comes to life at home as she runs her fingers across her piano keys.   

Vice-President, Operations

Resourceful, service-oriented, and endearing. Jenny Taylor is a detailed-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience managing Systemscope’s operations. Jenny is focused on strategic and operational planning, process optimization, and implementation of continuous improvement efforts. Jenny has the uncanny ability of predicting the needs of others and removing barriers to ensure maximum performance by the team. When she isn’t looking after the team, Jenny enjoys curling up on the couch with the company of her family.

Consulting Manager, Human Centered Design Co-Lead and Executive Consultant

Alessandra is a passionate human centered design consultant with 15+ years of experience in the private and public sectors placing humans at the center of everything she studies. Alessandra helps teams and organizations by combining user research, analysis, product design, creativity and strategy to deliver delightful human experiences and great business value. She leads a talented growing group of researchers and service designers within the Human Centered Design team at Systemscope. As an avid cyclist and speed skater, watch for Alessandra zooming down the canal in all seasons.

Delivery Excellence Co-Lead and Senior Consultant

Challenging the status quo, creating spaces for dialogue to explore new ideas. Bryce is a design strategist who helps organizations and teams deliver better services, experiences, and outcomes by driving creativity within constraints. His key areas of focus include service design, systemic design, collaborative governance, public sector innovation, and open government. Bryce helps organizations make evidence-informed design decisions by bringing more voices and perspectives into the conversation in practical, meaningful ways. Bryce helps drive a culture of excellence at Systemscope by making sure that Systemscopers learn from one another to keep improving, and have access to leading-edge tools and approaches to do amazing work. And if it's lunchtime and you’re looking for a recommendation for a sandwich, Bryce is your guy.

Consulting Manager, Human Centered Design Co-Lead and Executive Consultant

Creative, strategic and empathetic, Christina has over 20 years of digital design expertise in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Christina is invariably drawn to the knottiest problems and is equipped with a versatile toolkit for unravelling them. Focused on User Experience Design, Christina excels at translating complex concepts and processes into intuitive visuals, user-friendly interfaces and frictionless experiences. Christina supports a talented team of HCD creatives and service designers while also engaged in building out Systemscope’s offerings in this space. When she is not online, she is obsessing over interior (and exterior) design projects, and sustainable living.

Account Manager and Executive Consultant

Jack of all trades, father of one. Josh Rossiter is an award-winning transformation specialist and multi-disciplinary team leader. As a former public servant at the provincial and federal levels, Josh has a deep knowledge of the complex challenges facing organizations. Josh applies his unique perspective to set and deliver ambitious strategies and change agendas. He is passionate about understanding and solving the most pressing issues, and bridging the gap between business, technology and design. On weekends, Josh is as comfortable hanging dry wall, as baking a soufflé, or back country camping.

Versatile, inventive, and highly collaborative. Linda Forrester resolves complex business problems using structured approaches steeped in design thinking and crisp multimodal communications. As an executive consultant, Linda has 15+ years of experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Driving operational excellence and dedicated to improving service experiences, Linda has worked with government partners to explore the art of the possible and bring about transformational change. Today, Linda extends her efforts to supporting, mentoring, and championing a high performing team of strategic management consultants. When asked what is her greatest accomplishment on a particular day, Linda would say getting it all done and dinner on the table for her family.

With a Bachelor of Engineering, Master, and Ph.D, and over 15 years experience in the consulting, innovation, and research space, Mohamed provides a unique perspective on addressing clients’ challenges. Mohamed also supports Systemscope in nurturing the career and professional growth of a high performing consulting team and creating a supportive culture. In his downtime, he enjoys volunteering in the arts sector and investigating the world through the lens of his camera.

Executive Consultant and Digital Solutions Lead

Driven by a love of learning, passion for discovery, and coffee.  Ray has wide-ranging interests across many fields, and delights in combining ideas in new ways to deliver insights and value in every problem or challenge he encounters. With decades of experience in implementing technology solutions, and in working across industries and client types, he is equally comfortable working at strategic and tactical levels, enabling clients' aspirations with a pragmatic mindset. Ray is leading Systemscope teams to deliver digital solutions to its many clients.

Manager of Finance and Administration

Sandy is that person who brings sunshine to the office just by being herself. With 20 years of experience in office operations, Sandy excels in financial management, office administration, event management, marketing and social media. As Manager of Finance and Administration, Sandy is focused on optimizing office applications and supporting the management team. In her other management role, Sandy is kept on her toes by her four children.
